We were here in the summer. So you could stop in restaurants. It was nice to stop there and have a little snack. Really humane prices and great portions. You can really take a break here. Whether just a pretzel or a whole meal. A nice drink with it. Great beer garden in summer.

Cozy atmosphere, nice staff, reasonable prices. Unfortunately the Schäufele was not good, the crust was not crispy and the meat was hardly tender. In this case, every euro was too much. Otherwise everything was in line, so 3 stars.

Traditional Bavarian beer garden near the Schwarzach and the old Ludwig Canal. An ideal place to enjoy a hearty meal or a cool drink as a hiker. The menu includes a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. There is self-service. A playground for the younger guests is also available and in very good condition. The toilets are clean. A corresponding hygiene concept should help prevent infection with the coronavirus. I myself have known the "Brück Canal" for over 30 years and always like to go out to hike with the family through the Schwarzachklamm. Overall, highly recommended.

O. K, self-service, - that doesn't sound good at first and when you see the long lines of people waiting in line, you think of mass processing. But it goes surprisingly quickly until you get your turn and we really liked the food. Great location to stop off while hiking or cycling.

We were able to go through the corona identification properly and well explained and then quickly got a table despite the busy period! The self-service ordering of food and drinks went smoothly and quickly! The food itself was ok! Worth a stop on a hike through the Schwarzach Gorge!

Great setting for a meal stop during a hike. Unfortunately, the extremely long single queue to order food, and a separate very long single queue to order drinks was most disappointing. We would have ordered more drinks but for the thought of queuing again. Restaurant prices, cafeteria service.

Nice, large beer garden, well located. Unfortunately, at popular times, extremely crowded with waiting times and then a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite long queues, they tried to adhere to the corona precautionary measures, they were organized. If that becomes too much for you, you might be better off somewhere else.

Actually great location. Was here for the first time with a business partner. The schnitzel, however, was very likely a convenience product. The colleague ate a Schäufele. That was done by myself. So watch out what you order.

A hearty Franconian beer garden. Here you can get everything your culinary heart desires, from simple city sausages with music to Schäuferle. Worth a visit at any time, whether after an extensive hike in the Schwarzachtal, a walk on the "Old Canal" or simply "ONLY SO"

Always worth a visit. The Schwarzachklamm is nice to walk, even with children and dogs. Currently you can only get into the beer garden via the parking lot.

Probably good for meat eaters, no big variations for vegetarians. Even admit corona it was very crowded and the cleanness of the cutlery and glasses should be improved

Food delicious and cheap, nicely located, plenty of space, friendly people. Unfortunately, instead of talking to each other comfortably, we stood in line for most of the evening for food or drinks. Had we had something apart, there would have been five stars. So it was a pretty lonely affair.

Very nice garden restaurant with lots of seats and a cozy atmosphere. Delicious food at pleasant prices, friendly service and a large parking lot in front of the restaurant. In the middle of nature with a lot of green around it, not far from the old Ludwig-Danube-Main Canal.

Good everything. Returned a couple of times. Great Beer Garden but the builders put the highways (yes two major highways) right next to this great, historic spot. What were they thinking? Too much building.

Very beautiful forest, stones and river with outstanding restaurants! One of the greatest food in the country! It's a romantic place and the staff is very sweet! We were in 6 people (better make a reservation ror more than 2 people) and we have eaten 4 different dishes (pork and cow meat) with potatoes. Everything was great and delicious! The desserts are wonderful and the beer one of the best!

Absolutely loved it. Good place to rest and calm after long hours of walking. There is also place for children to play. The caves are close from here.
